Is it possible to edit an existing payment on doxo?

You can edit a scheduled payment by following below steps.

1. Log in to your doxo account.
2. Select the biller from the Pay Bills section on left side menu.
3. Click on button showing your scheduled payment details.
4. Edit the required fields showing the payment date, payment amount and the payment method.

A payment cannot be edited once it is processing. You may, however, be still able to cancel it before payment is remitted to the biller.
